Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://mainepottyandseptic.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Maine Potty and Septic reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Maine Potty and Septic markets and arranges Handwashing Station, Event Toilet Rental, Construction Toilet Rental, ADA Restroom Rental, Restroom Trailer, Septic Pumping. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://mainepottyandseptic.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Maine Potty and Septic or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. Maine Potty and Septic reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://mainepottyandseptic.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Maine Potty and Septic makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will Maine Potty and Septic's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Maine Potty and Septic harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. ME law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in ME.
